'Just in the nick of time' Urban Maternity Photo shoot downtown LA with Karri Brantley Photography.

This lovely couple recently moved to Los Angeles by way of Washington D.C. to start a whole new chapter in their lives with their upcoming addition to their family. They had been wanting a maternity session, all urban style, downtown Los Angeles, but with their work schedules they had trouble committing to a date. So we finally made time, as the due date was only 2 weeks away. We went downtown to the Grand Park area in the later part of the afternoon, just at the perfect golden light hour. Poor mama was so uncomfortable as she was ready to meet her sweet baby, so I did all I could to comfort her and be as efficient as I could with the time we had. Here's what we captured.....{oh, and they welcomed their sweet baby girl, the day AFTER our shoot! She definitely has perfect timing already.}
